Short Trip in Mongolia, Living in a Traditional Ger (4 days)
Experience the culture and nature of Mongolia, and sleep well in a Mongolian Ger (traditional nomads’ yurt)
Day 1: Ulaanbaatar, city tour
Morning arrival in Ulaanbaatar, transfer to the hotel in downtown, after breakfast short break, city tour: Gandan Monastery and the National Museum. After lunch in the city visiting to the Choijin Lama Temple Museum, dinner at the hotel.
Day 2: National Park Khustai Nuruu
Morning drive to the west to the National Park Khustai Nuruu, where is the project for the reintroducing of the Przewalski Horse (called Takhi) back to their native land. In the afternoon riding in the park, hiking to the human shared Stones of the Turkish State (6th-8th Century). Visit to the nomadic family to learn about their daily activities. Overnight in Extra Ger, built for tourists.
Day 3: Sand dunes of Elsen Tasarkhai, mountains Khugnu Khan
Morning drive further to the west, in the afternoon we reach the sand dunes of Elsen Tasarkhai, visit the ruins of the ancient monastery in valley of mountains Khugnu Khan, overnight in Mongolian Ger at camp.
Day 4: Back to Ulaanbaatar
In the morning drive back to Ulaanbaatar, transfer to the hotel, in late afternoon visit the felt projects is possible, farewell dinner with folklore concert.
